What can I get from SuperForm Tax Forms that I can't get from the free government Web sites?
SuperForm Tax Forms offers four big advantages over government Web sites:

How do I select states in the 10-state version and what if I'm not sure which states I want?
States are selected as you need them, not in advance!

If I need a prior-year form, what do I do?
While connected to the Internet, go to the Forms Library in SuperForm Tax Forms. Select a tax year and select forms as usual. SuperForm will access the form and immediately display it. For forms prior to 1993, give us a call at 1-800-541-7197.

What product documentation comes with SuperForm?
Online tutorial, help, and user manual provide complete how-to guidance, tips, and shortcuts.

How often will I receive SuperForm Tax Forms CDs?
Updated CDs are sent every month during tax season, seven times throughout the year. Automatic updates via the Web ensure your CD always has the latest releases.

Can I upgrade my service during the tax year?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. For details, please call 1-800-541-0954.

I can't find a current form I need on the service. Now what do I do?
If you can't find a current form on the service, call Technical Support at 1-800-541-7197.

How do I access forms on the Internet if I use the CD version?
SuperForm provides easy access to the latest official releases and prior years. While connected to the Internet:

1. Go to the Forms Library in SuperForm Tax Forms.
2. Select a tax year.
3. Select forms as usual.

CCH is no longer supporting their 10-year forms archive service. Does STF SuperForm offer this service?
SuperForm Tax Forms includes tax forms and instructions as far back as 1993. These archive forms and instructions are part of our standard service offering. There is no additional cost to receive this service.

Do I need to use preprinted Federal Forms W-2 and W-3?
No! As per government specifications, a single-sheet form with colored ink on page one is NOT required for Forms W-2 and W-3.

Do forms calculate?
All forms that call for calculations have automatic calculations with override capability and user-defined numeric formatting built-in.

Does the STF forms product support e-filing?
SuperForm Tax Forms contains tax forms covering a broad range of tax types, which are not affected by existing e-filing mandates. The bulk of the e-filing mandates that exist today affect tax forms that are supported by tax preparation software. Tax prep vendors have been supporting these forms with e-file capabilities for many years. Because SuperForm Tax Forms is a complement, not a replacement, to tax preparation software, it is unlikely that we will support e-filing capabilities for individual tax forms.
